Team looks in disarray. JJ and Ross vs Lowry looks like it's a real thing. Vasquez definitely thinks he should get Ross's starting spot and he's not wrong after the last couple of weeks. Guys were passing up shots they needed to take only to settle for worse ones consistently in the first half.
With DeMar back it also underscores the roster imbalance. Lowry, Lou, Vasquez, Demar and Amir were easily our 5 best guys yesterday and you can't play them all together. We have too many guards. Flipping one for a big man that can play ahead of Patterson/Hansbrough is a must.
With all that said, the Raps should have won this last game. If they tried to finish strong instead of coasting through the last half of the fourth quarter the Pelicans would not have come back. Hell if JV hangs onto that last rebound instead of losing it out of bounds we probably win.
Hopefully they're tired of losing and can get back on the same page. All-star break can't come fast enough for this team. The over-aggressive campaign for Lowry to be an all-star is definitely part of the tension right now.
That campaign is dead...Since the west coast trip no fan wants to be bothered with that bullshyt when you cant beat Charlotte Detroit and NO at home..2/3 missing there top players...Ever since the charlotte loss i have voted multiple times for Wall and Teague...
Lowry has fallen off a cliff...
