Terrance Ross is the weakest link on this team. He needs to go. He doesn't have any fight or hustle in him. He doesn't help on those rebounds we keep losing in the 4th quarter since Demar has been out. Ross is just...he's...I don't respect his game.

If I'm Masai I'm looking into offering him for John Henson. Dont bother with Faried as it wont fix any problems that we have. What we need is a Derrick Favors, Al Jefferson type.

OJ Mayo and John Henson for Landry Fields and Terrence Ross
throw in a Raps second rounder for good measure...even our future late first if you want.

PF Amir Johnson 25 mins

Provides the raptors even more leverage for when we negotiate with Amir in the offseason because Henson can play both. Plus dude is young with a high ceiling thats being wasted kinda how Ed Davis was in Memphis.OJ Mayo expires in 2016 as well. This is the only trade to be done.

As for Ross, he isnt an SF in the first place. Lets not forget that he is an SG that we're forcing to play SF just so we can give our lottery pick minutes. Theres no reason rationally that he should be starting over Johnson at this point. He's not tall or strong enough to guard the SF's in our conference anyways. And he isnt crafty enough to drop points on them consistently either.
