You have to bring Bruno over this year, I know Fran was saying he's 2 years away from being 2 years away, but he's not going to get better playing in Brazil and realistically you're not going to stash a first round pick in Europe either.
So basically the plan was to take Ennis at 20 and Bruno at 37. Once Ennis was gone they just took Bruno at 20.
EDIT:

Ennis is the epitome of I know he's a local kid, but still.
Need to bring the Brazilian over as soon as possible.
I hope Bruno is good, but the very few clips out there show him -- a 6-foot-9 NBA prospect with an unreal wingspan -- dominating guys who will likely never even sniff the NBA. Got a long way to go in evaluating him. Interested to hear Masai's take.Just would have been nice to have some insurance at PG if Lowry leave I guess. Now it is looking like a Vasques de colo PG situation if lowry leaves.
I honestly no nothing about this Bruno kid. Seems to have a lot of potential, so who knows. But like you say we really need to get up here, and start working him him.

"What has set X apart from so many is his sincerity," Fisher said. "He cares about others, and it shows in everything that he does. He's very sensitive to other people's feelings, and I think that's what has made him so good."
...
"No one I've coached has done more to improve his game in a redshirt season than X," Fisher said. "He worked hard when no one was watching. ... All those things that everyone talks about doing, he did."
Eh, there's PGs on the market and honestly if you lose Lowry go after Bledsoe.
@I.V. brought Bruno up last week and we were talking about him likely being a Spurs type of pick, bunch of videos were posted on him. They absolutely have to bring him over, get him with NBA strength and conditioning and make his development a priority. You need to find out what you have as soon as possible, buying him out now is pretty much mandatory, the Brazilian leagues simply aren't good enough for him to develop further.
