Finished season 1 of Spartacus

Spartacus is a top 5 series for me. Damn I miss OG Spartacus he was so thorough. i was shocked they had no drop off when they replaced him. Series needs to be respected. I was so conflicted with BATIATUS. He was one of the greatest villains ever. Half the time I was rooting for him to fukk over those Romans who spit on him.

Game of Thrones is GOAT but, Spartacus was extremely entertaining. It was pretty much 300 but, on tv. That finale :lawdeddie: They put four spears through my nikka :lawdeddie:

They fukked up when they had Ceasar get buttfukked by Tiberius. Ruined any chance of a spinoff with him

Finished the prequel earlier. Definitely good, but I couldn't get into as much as season 1.

As for best finale I disagree. The Shield is still my favorite finale.

the shield also had, imo, the best damn pilot/1st episode I've ever seen.
that opening and closing of a series was powerful. shows would be lucky to get either a pilot or season finale that hit you like that. the shield really is a hard one to top. last 30 seconds of that pilot was wild, seeing him where he ended up job wise hurt too. dude just wants to hit them streets

Also had one of the goat finales. I dont consider bb's finale one of the goats. It was too safe.

just rewatching season 1.... man this show could rival any season 1 from any series. it was so perfectly cast. the only characters i didnt like were agron and his brother. the soundtrack is underrated as well.

It only gets better

First off this is nothing but complete bullshyt. This show is nothing but downhill from S1
Season 2 is straight fking trash, season 3 is better but still not s1.
S1 was perfection, good mix of violence, titties, humor. Good storyline, great twists, epic finale.

From there the show becomes predictable and the fights become generic. Characters become moronic and unlikable.
Crixus is a goon is S1, becomes a simp fakkit in S2 and then becomes the village fukking idiot in S3

Anyone comparing it to GoT or the greatness that was Rome is a stupid ADD fukkhead who just likes seeing overthetop violence and excessive male nudity.

Show was more entertaining than Boardwalk Empire and the one epiosode I saw of Game of Thrones
