and that's when you question coaching, you call a timeout talk it over get back to the game plan. kd had a ill-advised 3pt miss that ended up a 6 pt swing did he sit him?

I'm not saying to sit him or anything.

I'm just saying what happened... He got a little reckless that stunned a lead.

I like Westbrook.

:dwillhuh: he didnt shy away from the ball he was doubled

agreed, but dude basically conceded the fact that he wasn't going to touch the ball... you gotta at least try to free yourself up, it looked like he was just going through the motions

when Bron gets doubled (albeit it's usually after he already has the ball) in those late game situations and passes to wide open teammates, no one's trying to hear that "he was doubled" shyt, the ESPN "Lebron choked and didn't take the last shot" agenda is force fed down our throats

the Heat are the most frustrating team I've ever seen man, it's like they got amnesia... they opened the game running pick and roll with Bosh and they were getting great looks, and for some reason they come out shooting nothing but contested jumpers off iso in the 2nd half... it's not really that hard dogg, they should run a Wade/Bron pick and roll with Bosh literally every single time down the floor until OKC proves they can stop it... with Battier being on fire from 3 and keeping the defense honest, the lanes would open up and they'd get much higher percentage shots

I don't care what the numbers say, Wade played a terrible game tonight... him shooting a jumper is basically the same as a turnover, because it never goes in and OKC usually gets a good look going the other way in transition... he's my favorite basketball player of all time, but it's sad watching him turn into :flabbynsick: right before our very eyes... he hasn't played like a top 5 player since the last few games of the Indiana series, dude's been lackluster ever since

on the other hand, Bosh played a much better game than his numbers would suggest... dude's help defense is extremely overlooked, and he's coming down with a lot of tough rebounds in traffic

nope, can't blame this one on Westbrook... if anything, he was keeping OKC's offense afloat when they were going through slumps, his midrange game is deadly

People will say anything to discredit Miami's win.

didn't really think the officiating was as bad as everyone is making it seem... yeah, that 4th foul on Durant was iffy, but there's calls like that in EVERY game... it could have went either way IMO, dudes are acting like it was the worst call of all time... the block that they called on Battier in Game 2 that would've fouled out Durant was a much more questionable call, didn't really hear anyone talking about that one though

but people are overreacting to that call because it gave Durant his 4th and that's when the momentum swung in Miami's favor, not nearly as egregious as dudes on here made it seem

you wanna see a terrible call? peep this one

^ nah I'm just saying, there's tons of iffy calls during a game, I don't think Durant's 4th tonight or the non-call on Lebron at the end of Game 2 are nearly as bad as people are making them out to be... they just happened to come at pivotal moments during the game, so they're getting blown out of proportion

there's TONS of terrible calls (like the one posted above) that don't really get the same attention because, in hindsight, they weren't as important to the outcome of the game... I haven't really seen anything this series for either side that has me sayin the refs are on some bullshyt, they've actually been better than most series this year :manny:

There were a few possessions in the 3rd where he barely let the offense get set in the half court before he started pulling up but Russy was kinda quiet tonight. Strange.

finally got off a late night of work and watched this on the DVR...this felt like the worst played game of the series.

it was choppy with no real flow...I don't know if it was the fouls or the fact that neither team was as crisp with their passes...but it felt off...not nearly as fluid and entertaining as the first two games

there were stretches for both teams that they played really awful offense...then they would put it together for a few minutes...then bam...back to bad basketball...so weird

and I can appreciate good defense...and there was some played tonight...but for the most part it felt like disjointed offense more than good defense...oh well...I don't have a dog in this fight...I just want good basketball...hope Tuesday night is better.
