I mean, it's pretty easy to buy a gun anywhere except certain places like CA, MA, and parts of IL. :yeshrug:
That's true and its a contributing factor to gun trafficking. Too bad there is no way to stop guns from getting into the hands of ppl who will use them in undue circumstances.

I agree. There's nothing that a career criminal wouldn't do to acquire a gun to commit crimes with.

At least if regular-ass people can acquire them they might stand a chance.*:demonic:

*Of course more guns available means more accidents (idiots not training and shooting themselves on accident; p*ssy-ass kids taking guns to school; crimes-of-passion shootings) but this is Amerikkka.
:francis:

Be safe brehs.

So... if you buy a gun at a gun show as opposed to a gun store you just show you ID and as long as you not underage you can buy a gun?
Anyone above 18 can get a gun at a gun show right? Even illegal immigrants?
They call in a background check and get notification within minutes if you can legally purchase. And you gotta be 21 but I don't know ALL of the laws in Florida but in Ohio that's how it's done. And the majority of guns used in crimes are stolen anyway, people that do straw purchases at gun shows are committing felonies on the behalf of whomever they buy the gun for so there's a bunch of laws that get broken before someone gets their hands on a pistol that ain't supposed to have one.

Also, chick is bad af, would field strip that dress in under 7 seconds:whoo:

Florida statute requires a completed background check before a Federal Firearm Licensee (FFL) may transfer a firearm to a non-licensed person. 98% of all transactions are resolved within minutes of being received. 96% of all transactions are approved, just under 2% are non-approved. Additional information is needed before a final decision can be made for the remaining 2%.

i been living here forever and didn’t even know that. :mjtf:

No mandate here, guns don't get registered in Ohio unless you got an assault weapon (FULLY AUTOMATIC) which you have to be licensed for and are usually like $30k, if you have a full auto the ATF already got your info and you had to pay taxes on the weapon and licenses.

Gun show/store owners keep a ledger of every firearm sold so that's how guns are traced via serial number, I forget what the penalty is if you don't document sales but a FFL dealer will have YEARS worth of documentation of who bought what.

I stand corrected, they're not registering shyt in FLawda either. :yeshrug:

Firearm Registration
There is no legal requirement to register firearms in Florida. In fact, it is illegal for any government entity, or public or private individual to knowingly keep any list, record, or registry of privately owned firearms or any list, record, or registry of the owners of those firearms per Florida Statute §790.335(2).

Illegal immigrants can legally purchase guns
