your mom got either got an other than honorable discharge from the army or she is a felon and never told you about it.

Transfer OUT of HBCU's. They must learn the hard way.

Black colleges employ too many kids and people who don't want to SERVE college folks.

When enrollment drops at them DRAMATICALLY, they'll figure it out.

Doesn't happen only at HBCUs. Went to a CAC U. and they tried to pull dat shyt in my last semester. Lucky for them, I graduated on time.
