I could slap every idiot Film Room rookie who said this shyt dragged. This was a 2 hour anxiety attack

I hear a lot of people say that but I didn't have that feeling with the movie. The only time I felt uneasy was the very beginning, the movie had that very weird and annoying music that eventually stopped but I couldn't stand it and I almost turned the movie off. Thankfully I didn't. Lol

Certain movies made by the Cannon Group in the 80s definitely were cocaine-influenced:

1. The Apple, another disco musical released the same year as Xanadu. Just look at this shyt.
2. Lifeforce, perhaps the most bizarre big budget sci-fi movie of the time. The whole movie is like this scene, only with an incredible amount of nudity.
3. Cobra.
4. Nina III: The Domination. A standard 80s ninja movie which rips off the Exorcist, starring the chick from Breakin'.
5. Death Wish III.
6. Invasion USA.
7. Masters of the Universe. The original He-Man movie!

And a lot more. Keep in mind that the two guys behind the Cannon Group--Golan and Globus--produced twenty-one movies themselves in 1985 alone!
