They are lying though. My boy who hustles that shabu in Manila told me that police are taking credit for gangland murders by fellow drug dealers. Im talking about spraying up dead bodies and staging corpses. He also said that barely anything has changed, a few hundred will still get you a cop pass no sweat

I hope that he puts as much effort into battling poverty, reducing pollution, modernizing utilities, and improving the infrastructure as he does into fighting drug use.
