Rollins vs Reigns was heel vs heel... but it's something that happens rather rarely.

Unless a whole lot changes out of thin air in the next month, I just can't see this being the match they're building toward. I just see Judgment Day is tied up in a whole lot on Raw, so how all that gets dropped so they can face Bloodline in War Games... guess we'll have to see.
