fighting impure thoughts

Does anyone else exercise this? I try my damnest not to think impure things about myself and other people. I think that it's disrespectful and shameful to fantasize about other people.

If you fantasize about a co-worker or friend having sex with them, marrying them or even just dating them I think that's a strange and unhealthy trait to have. Or am I the weird one, in which case, I kinda already know the answer to that

I put my effort into controlling my physical actions, so I don't fell that bad about fantasies. I don't think it's strange to fantasize or daydream about sex or potential relationship. It could be unhealthy if you are substituting those fantasies for developing actual adult relationships

Trying to be modest and respectful in my mind but it's really hard

Plus there's so much emphasis on gender wars (genitalia) - like race, how can you not think about it? It's all about getting it together though. At least you snap of it.

Hobbies are important friend. Throw yourself into constructive activities and then find a wife so your lust can be directed in the right direction, friend.
