I'm still working my way through the game, nearly done, it has shortcomings that stop it from being truly great to me. A large quantity of content but not truly quality.

Square needs to cut that console exclusive now, PC later shyt out, it ain’t the 90’s and 00’s anymore.
At some point these companies have to expect diminishing returns on these remakes no matter the quality.

Square is stubborn for no reason at all.
Should have never split the game into three parts. They could have cut a lot of the content out in Rebirth if they weren’t insistent on ending it where they did.

The PS5 doesn’t have the install base the PS4 had in 2020. The PS4 at that point had over double the units sold the PS5 has.
They locked the game behind a single platform. That's on them, not the consumer.
And frankly, this single player as a service nonsense we are seeing is lame.
Whose to say those people who got it on the PS4 didn’t get on the PS5 as well?
Damn good game tho
The fact that its sales have been chopped in half. There are also half as many possible customers out there.
