I’ve been calling for Howie’s job the last couple years, and I stand by what I said. But credit where it’s due, what a great offseason for him:

- Signed Hassan Reddikk, Kyzir White.
- Traded for AJ Brown.
- Drafted Jordan Davis, Cam Jurgens, and Nakobi Dean.
- Got an extra 2023 1st and an extra 2024 2nd.

Obviously the defensive backfield is still an utter mess, as they have no safeties and the CBs are all unproven outside of Slay, but the team is still a work in progress. I don’t think they really start looking at competing for top seeds until about 2023 at earliest. But the important thing is that Howie has gotten a lot of really promising players and made this team better.

For how badly Howie managed the Super Bowl window, he’s handled the rebuild very well. So hats off to him.

I think this has been an A level draft.

For some reason, I didn't like giving up a third rounder on top of a first rounder for AJ Brown but that's just me nitpicking.

Perfect off season is a trade for a legit CB2 or signing Joe Haden or Kevin King via free agency with Honey Badger coming here via free agency

Woke up and saw we drafted dean. I’m not mad anymore

@Box Factory would you be mad if they still went after Troy Anderson? To really solidify LB?

Falcons grabbed him in the the 2nd

I want a DB. Pretty sure both of those giant athletic kids I mentioned are still there

There's a punter from San Diego that I kinda want them to get too :lupe: . He's getting biggest leg ever talks. Apparently he was bombing 90 yard punts

Is Howie actually having a good draft? :krs:

Two good drafts in a row- I still think the reason is- Howie is deferring to Andy Weidl more and stopped depending on the analytic nerds in the building to make picks, which is why im nervous that Weidl is leaving to be the Steelers new GM

:lupe:

Didnt realize King is a free agent- I know he has been sub par with Green Bay but I would give him a 1-2 year deal (with a team option) and if Woolen is still available- draft him and build him
