A cop stopped a dude at a Church's Chicken in North St. Louis City for a suspected drug deal. Dude sped off and hit a police car in the process of leaving.

The cop's dash cam footage revealed that he intended to kill him once they ended the chase.

After he shot him, he planted a gun in dude's car. The gun had only the officer's DNA on it and not the suspect's.
