I really hate what happened to this dude but people still haven't learned that emotions don't make a trial. It's not what you know it's what you can prove. It was cute when Alonzo said it in Training Day but not so cute in real life, huh? He was a scumbag piece of garbage but he was far from a liar with that line. All of this stuff coming to light....keep saying it has no bearing if it gets you to sleep at night. It doesn't justify what went down but the courts are about reasonable doubt. It ain't looking good. Idealism and emotions don't do anything but lead to more idealism and emotions. They certainly don't win cases. And any and everything can be used to sway a jury's opinion of you, from your Facebook posts to your basement raps. Folks need to learn the law. Idealism will get your feelings hurt. Again, not a justification for what went down so get out of your emotions....but some of you are delusional if you think some of this won't make it to trial and hurt dude's image.
