Jury Selection is going to be HUGE in this. Not that it isn't always...but this case in particular is going to need people that really haven't been following the situation that much.

My guess is that the robbery suspicion won't come into play in the actual trial, particularly seeing as how Mike Brown was never even questioned about it (seeing as he was executed and all). But whites that walk into the courtroom with that on their mind are NOT trying to convict this officer.

They should put a number of years for each bullet fired from an officers gun pertaining to cases like this.
Let's say there was a 10 or 20 year sentence for each bullet fired or that hit an unarmed man. Would cops be letting off 6-7 rounds in people that weren't aiming some shyt back at them? Even if it was like 5 to 10 years per bullet...
This dude here would be locked up for like 70 years minimum

Honestly, at some point the police need to be policed better.
These piece of shyt cops would think differently about putting that slug in Mike Brown if they knew "Manslaughter charge if i pull this". Kid still would have been shot, but I can't see a cop shooting a kid with his hands up when he knows it's an automatic case he is catching.
Cops are just too quick to put a man down knowing they're getting off 99/100
