I understand if he reached for it when he was in a scuffle. But the witness says he then ran AWAY. That argument is out by then

He got shot in the scuffle and ran, then shot again, and got on his knees and surrendered and shot and executed. Bullets were found in other people's houses so that shows that the cop fired at him multiple times as he ran.

EDIT: If the cop saw that he was surrending, why didn't he cuff him. Like others have said, you got the Colorado Shooter, the Boston Bomber, and the dude who dressed up as an FedEx employer and killed his family, they were all taken into custody, not shot in the middle of the street.

Time stamp shows from 11:52-11:55 and the police report was done around 11:51. Don't buy into the hype yet. Remember, the burden of proof is on the state to prove he did rob the store and the use of force was justified.
