You hit it on the head in this day of age you would be able to find some things about him online but you cant even find a picture of him and the thing is once you post something online there will always be a foot trail even if you delete it and these new agency/computer wiz are able to find them with ease. There's probably over 500+ people named Darren Wilson in the state of Missouri not only that but the spelling of it is so common a lot of times parents will give their kids a different spelling of a common name to just to make it a little difference but these cops released a first and last name the is virtually impossible to pin point to one person.

The only thing I can think of is that the NSA and Google literally erased all traces of everything he ever did online before releasing his name.
