The police report today they released was 16 pages on the robbery, not word one on the shooting itself outside finally releasing the officer's name after damn near a week.
Multiple witnesses have come forward who had no relation to the victim and all of them agree Mike stopped, turned around with his hands raised and was executed. At that point the victim turns and raises his hands in surrender, you can no longer argue he's posing an imminent threat to the policeman's life and that's all you need for a murder one charge.
The police are intentionally getting all this robbery info out in the public now so that, when charges are filed, they've put enough doubt out there in the media about the victim's character that the prosecutors won't feel a murder one case is a slam dunk and they file lesser charges.
Basic tricknowledgy.
Regardless of anything proceeding the incident, a young man was killed in cold blood and the cop should be held to the same standard as any other murderer.
fukk the police.
