So I state again, he didn't rob or steal anything from the store.

This is why there was no arrest attempt made by the cop that saw him crossing the street.

no the report says he walked out with the cigars, Johnson placed them back on the counter though

I've notice a theme in similar cases. It's like no matter if the crime was connected or not, the fact that you have a criminal record (or have done something that's considered illegal) throws your innocence out the window. You're now viewed as somebody who was bound to do something that night or day and the shooter or attacker was there at the right time. Whether he did or not (I'm calling bullshyt on the footage), it's still excessive force.

Everybody has been saying they alleged robbery did not happen at the Quicktrip. This was confirmed days ago. The only connection made today with the Quicktrip was that one of the clerks there told the officers that the alleged suspects "went over there." Other than that, the Quicktrip was not said to be the place where the robbery occurred. And the pictures shown certainly don't look like a Quicktrip.

so where was it at? I wanna hear what those store employees got to say then....
