I was really thinking about this shyt on my ride home from work, it made me really think about life.
As a white man, who truly hates the police force and has been a victim of police brutality and injustice, I still don't fear the police.
And I really began to think, i`ll never know or understand the fear that black people have of the police, and that is truly sad. That black people have to live with this everyday, that police take this amount of force on them. That their life can be taken from them, that fear is legitimate.
It's unreal, it's horrific and it's sickening. I`m lucky i`ll never know that fear, but it hurts to know that in this country I have friends, neighbors and co-workers who do.
