I'm not really sure how this can be blamed on Obama, but I do agree that we as black people (or non-black people who want justice) is to demand that Democrats draft and implement new regulations on police behavior (and consequences for shooting unarmed people), and to completely stop voting for them if they don't. Occupy has the right idea IMO.
