We really are witnessing a change in the way news is to be delivered going forward with social media. I have yet to look at cnn, msnbc etc since this started. Found out here and have been kept updated with thecoli/twitter.

Same! I don't even remember the last time I watched Fox, CNN, MSNBC to get news.

Why haven't any black athletes/actors/celebrities of stature made any sweeping condemnations on this tragedy?

Where's the call for solidarity and shyt from all these black people that people support like Kobe, MJ, Jay-Z, etc....

When Muhammad Ali and Harry Belafonte die, these c00ns will lament their passing and praise those men for standing up in the face of adversity and struggle.
Yet those same c00ns fail to do anything themselves right now.

Just a thought. Not trying to divert attention to shyt.

But I'm just sayin....
The silence from high profile black people is deafening.

Keep putting these bytch nikkas on that pedestal.

:sas2:

Exactly.

They are quiet af. Maybe one pic that says RIP then that's it.

On some, I've seen more about Robin Williams then Mike Brown.

Smh.

But this what people idolize.

Let's start organizing. Right now. There could be demonstrations happening across the country by the end of the week, maybe even TOMORROW if we get the word out. Spread the word on this story if you haven't already. Find a park or hotspot downtown starting to meet up and raise hell. Let's form a bridge of solidarity and adopt their chants, "Hands up! Don't shoot!", "We are Michael Brown", etc.

Earlier, twitter had a trend going, #IfTheyGunnedMeDown. We need to take advantage of that SAME tactic right now and start explain, in our own words, on video why we stand with them, and why will be protesting and WHY we need everyone else to help us in helping them to help us all. We READ about these kinds of things in history class... this is not a test. Spread the word now. Let's get to it. #StandUpForFerguson
