Ok here is my break down of the anon polic etaps
11:30 - dispatch says she got alerted by the news (not the officer) that a officer involved shooting happened. Officer 2190
22:00 - officer 2190 starts requesting more cars
25:00 - officer 2190 request K9 units
29:16 crime scene investigator en route to scene (that quick?)
30:46 area taped off
37:30 dispatch seems confused asking if there is a second suspect or if the first one at large
37:45 officer 2190 ask for all extra officers to be called off (why?)
42:26 dispatch say she is going to notify her supervisor of something
43:55 they tell all cars to switch to the "right" channel" concerning this call
53:28 (unrelated but crazy, someone calls in say they found a large package with human legs sticking out of it )
57:13 All prescient cars are told that they are now in emergency status
57:38 two "cars" & a supervisor dispatched to the scene
