no. the killings are because they have some lame white cop who's lived his whole life in a predominately white neighborhood and only knows black people through tv then they send his scary ass to a predominately black neighborhood scared and trigger happy. he doesn't even view them as equal. how can you protect and serve people you dont like? or people you are afraid of?

that police force shouldnt be 98% white. it should at the very most be 50%.
