Everytime this happens, people try to shift the blame away from racism and white supremacy to the pathology of what blacks need to do. It happened with Trayvon, happened with Eric Garner. shyt it even happened with the fukking Donald Sterling incident.

All he can do is direct resources right now, this is standard executive branch shyt breh.
