If you have no economic power in this world, you are a victim of life.
Looting etc... may feel good, but it accomplishes nothing. You just further deplete the resources in the community.
This lack of economic power is showing itself right now. You can yell, loot, protest, kill white people...it will mean nothing. Your voice is not heard.
People w/ money, property, assets etc... have the ability to hold others accountable.
This is why I always bring up the need for black people to have their own businesses.
Cash is king...and we have yet to learn that.
Yes this episode upsets me...I just think that black people really havent figured out what power and change really is. We are fighting a fight w/o any knowledge of how to actually go about things. The loudest people, are clueless on how decisions are made, and change is brought about.
The reality is that black folks wont be taken serious until we take ourselves seriously.
Ownership & $$$ is key.
So you can loot all you want...it amounts to cramming for a test the night before, when you knew you needed to study all year.
Stop cramming, and start studying.
Its not right...but its reality

Malcolm X wasn't feeling the Naacp back in the 60s and I share his opinion in 2K14. Ppl wil be ppl which means there will be black on black crime, hispanic on hispanic crime, asian on asian crime. That's not what this is about. This is about a young man (17, IDK why multiple reports are saying 18) dying, IN BRUTAL FASHION by a wolf in sheeps clothing.
