- STL man, Thomas Allen, was shot by a Wellston officer on Feb. 28, and died on March 1, after fleeing from a traffic stop. The officer claims he feared for his life and the life of the 5 year old girl who was one of the passengers in the car. Official statement from STL Co. PD. Witness says officers mishandled situation.
