Okla. cop faces life sentence as victims list growsnydailynews.com

Daniel Ken Holtzclaw, who remains on paid leave as he sits at his parents’ home on house arrest, faces multiple counts of first-degree rape that could send him to prison for life, but his attorney denies the 27-year-old has done anything wrong, The Oklahoman reported this week.
A more up-to-date report on Holtzclaw, who after raping /sexually assaulting these women is sitting comfortably in his home on PAID LEAVE. Meanwhile his Justice for Daniel Holtzclaw facebook page posts victim-blaming and misleading updates about the case, attacking the creditibility of his accusers and asking for donations.

Rape culture;where you can rape or sexually assault 13 women and still collect a paycheck from the comfort of your home.

In his first extensive interview since the grand jury decided not to indict Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson, McCulloch said he had no regrets about letting grand jury members hear from non-credible witnesses.

“Early on I decided that anyone who claimed to have witnessed anything would be presented to the grand jury,” McCulloch said. He added that he would've been criticized no matter his decision.

During the interview, McCulloch referenced a woman who claimed to have seen the shooting.

This “lady clearly wasn't present,” McCulloch said. “She recounted a story right out of the newspaper,” backing up Wilson's version of events.

Too many contradicting stories, I don't know what to trust or believe anymore brehs. I'm completely bamboozled.

People saying this and that.

I read some where that Mike Brown robbed that store and then some where that it wasn't him. The owner said it wasn't him or his lawyer said it. But then they say that story is fake.

But then they say the video was timestamped in June. And someone mention the guy in the robbery video was wearing sandals but the picture of Mike Brown on the street hes wearing boots.

And all this hoopla about autopsy reports. The family has one done but people dismiss it.

Now they are saying the autopsy report support Wilson and his hands weren't up.

But then I look at this contractor video and they are at the scene and say he has his hands up. But they are saying it's fake or they're lying.

I don't know what believe or trust brehs. Im lost. All I got is that video to go off of

I will simplify it for you by saying a couple things.

First off, the Department Of Justice asked the Ferguson PD not to release the video of the store incident, as it would only confuse people. The PD did it any way and guess what....it confused people.

For the record the clerk never called the cops, and never claimed Mike Brown stole anything. This is an easily researched fact.

Secondly, the grand jury prosecutor Bob Mcculloch is from a family of police....his dad was a cop, murked on the job by a black man....he was repeatedly asked to recuse himself from prosecuting Darren Wilson, as it was an obvious conflict of interest. In his entire career he's never once successfully indicted a police officer....which means he's either incredibly incompetent or has an agenda.

The sole purpose for a prosecutor is to get an indictment. This isn't my opinion....there's an old law saying, "a grand jury would indict a ham sandwich, if the prosecutor wants it".

Bob Mcculloch repeatedly dropped the ball during the grand jury....you're supposed to focus on a narrow scope of facts, to get an indictment. Instead he dropped nearly 5000 pages worth of info on the jury then basically told them "sort it out". He let Darren Wilson give his side of the story, for 4 hours....which is virtually unheard of in a grand jury setting. Also he never cross examined him.

In the press conference after the grand jury decision Witness 10 is the sole person McCulloch kept referring to....because his version of what happened aligned with Wilson's....but witness 10 was then exposed as lying their ass off about the distance between himself, and the altercation between Wilson/Brown. He initially said 300 feet then, under oath, cut it in half to 150 feet.

Now....if you can't tell a difference of 150 feet how reliable are you really?

Another witness, #40, agreed 100% with Darren Wilson's version of what happened. Oh but wait....witness 40 has a history of racism, mental illness, and couldn't even prove they were there when it happened:

I could do this all night man. This thread is full of gems.

So I don't blame you for being confused....this was intentional. You have to do hard research to know anything about this case, and that's exactly what Mcculloch wanted.

Fred.

Former Milwaukee police officer Christopher Manney will not be charged in connection with the on-duty fatal shooting of Dontre Hamilton at Red Arrow Park, Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm said Monday in a news release.

The decision comes nearly eight months after the shooting. Chisholm has said he was waiting on reports from federal authorities and an outside expert on the use of force.

"This was a tragic incident for the Hamilton family and for the community," Chisholm wrote. "But, based on all the evidence and analysis presented in this report, I come to the conclusion that Officer Manney’s use of force in this incident was justified self-defense and that defense cannot be reasonably overcome to establish a basis to charge Officer Manney with a crime."

Manney shot Hamilton 14 times on April 30 during an incident that began when workers at the nearby Starbucks called police to complain about him sleeping in the downtown park. A pair of officers checked on Hamilton twice and found he was doing nothing wrong, according to a Milwaukee police internal affairs investigation
