Police have yet to question Mike's homeboy that was walking side by side with him when the murder occurred to get his version of events...his lawyer offered to bring him in and they declined...how is that not the FIRST step of any investigation....he's the primary witness...

9/10 in the black on black violence the shooter is always prosecuted and punished accordingly. But with these cases these cops are getting paid administrative leave and 9/10 aren't prosecuted or end up getting away with it with a mild punishment.
