No doubt ahch, Black cops are the worst but I don't think that's the case here. If the cop had been Black, I'm pretty sure they would have made that information known the day of and I think one of the eye witnesses at the scene would have mentioned it. Plus with the number of Black cops on the force, it's just highly unlikely.
