For those wondering:

If Kilson is indicted, kilson will be arrested and officially charged. This whole indictment process is when the grand jury decides if there is enough evidence to go on with a trial. It isn't the final guilty/not guilty decision. I'ts a step forward to move on to that process. If Kilson is indicted, it will just be the beginning of a much longer process. Also, the decision to indict Kilson does not need to be unanimous. Only 9 out of the 12 have to agree.
