Not blaming the family at all, but cops kill so many people with mental illness, the homeless etc..
Family members need to stop calling the police when a metally Ill person is having an "episode" and instead call an ambulance. cops aren't trained to deal with the mentally I'll.. There only training is "as much force as necessary , even if it results in death"
My brother is mentally challenged and sometimes I worry that if someshyt happens and a cop orders him to do something, he won't listen and will be murdered. My brother, mentally ..he doesn't understand the concept or w.e of police, the system, race, gender, etc etc all these social constructs..
