In Gretna, Fl Kaldrick Donald was killed three/four days ago.

Kaldricks mom called the police to help her get him to take his medicine, he was mentally handicapped.

Sgt Charles Brown arrived on the scene and when Kaldrick refused his help tazed him, dragged him to the bathroom and shot him 3 times for no reason.
