I don't think Dr. Case (medical examiner) or anyone in her office would do that. She never really comes out and talks about things, but his case is different. I would say the FBI because they are finished with their investigation and they are leaking the stuff, but I could be wrong. The PA office, from what my memory serves, Bob runs a pretty tight ship. But I could be wrong.
