Water filters for your showers. The chemicals in the water calicfy your pineal and damage your skin ORGAN as well as other things.

Change your diet. The foods we eat are not native too us and harm us the more we eat them. Seek out our natural diets. Dr. Afrika and Dr Sebi are excellent starting points, youtube them.

Learn about our ancestors, learn about our history, learn about our greatness. Ancient Kemet and Kush are excellent starting points.

Condition you and your families bodies and minds.

We are the most powerful people on this planet. These steps well awaken you and you will in turn awaken others.

THE FBI TRIES TO BRIBE MALCOLM X

The FBI visits Malcolm X in 1964. Malcolm knew that they were coming so he hid a tape recorder under his couch. The agents identify themselves as Beckwith and Fulton from the New York office of the FBI. A transcript of the meeting can by found in John Henrik Clarke's "Malcolm X: The Man and His Times".

I'm glad you made this post tho, it's a good example of how our people think/react/feel.

Firstly, let me state...I am not a "nikka". It's sad how we choose to communicate with each other. Your post makes it clear to me that you're angry, but why are you directing your anger towards me? I'm not the one that made you angry. How are you directing your anger towards them?

And yes brother, if you were subjected to police brutality you deserved it. As have I. I, and probably yourself, have spent more time partying, having fun, Waste-ing Time knowing full well that we are being oppressed. I, and probably yourself, have spent more money on clothes, games, and funning then we have on preparing ourselves to fight a war knowing full well we are in one.
