She promptly deleted the tweet and her account, but the tweet was already captured by Shaun King. Despite a trail of perfectly normal tweets (punctuated occasionally with racist ones), she’s now claiming she was hacked.

ELGIN POLICE OFFICER FIRED DUE TO FACEBOOK COMMENT

ELGIN, Ill. — Elgin Police Officer Jason Lentz was fired after officials determined a Facebook post “would undermine the credibility of the city or employees.”

In one Facebook post, Lentz allegedly said Missouri police officer Darren Wilson “did society a favor" when he shot and killed Michael Brown.
