The Washington Post looks at how the legal case is being rigged by the prosecutor in the case of Michael Brown’s killing.

Prosecutor Robert McCulloch has dumped all the evidence in this case on the grand jury and left them to decide whether to indict Darren Wilson.

McCulloch won’t have his prosecutors recommend even involuntary manslaughter to the grand jury.

A grand jury is less likely to deliver an indictment — even a much deserved one — if a prosecutor doesn’t ask for it.

There have been 12 fatal police shootings on McCulloch’s watch; he has not prosecuted a single one. At least four times, he presented evidence to a grand jury but — wouldn’t you know it? — didn’t get an indictment.
