Just a reminder that Eric Garner’s Death has been ruled a homicide for over amonth and there are still no charges being brought against a single person involved in his death. In fact what happened to the officers can hardly even be called “punishment”, they just had their guns taken and were put on desk duty. Which was probably intended more for their own safety than any sort of consequence for killing an unarmed man over CIGARETTES. At least Ferguson actually gave their officer the typical paid vacation (not that paid suspension is enough of a punishment either).
