The video is probably just the aftermath, not the actual shooting

i think it might be the actual incident, if you look at back at the story & the way the cops truck was parked, the dash cam would be in perfect position to capture the whole incident.

What you mean dash cams? the cops said they didn't have dash cams. And is annon talking about a different audio clip? They said audio leaked today even though it came out last evening.

If they're talking about the skype audio then the only video would be when dude realized cops was outside and he looked down to see what was going on. The actually video of the shooting would be in no way irelevant to the case

you guys do realize every, EVERY, EVERY communication is logged right?

honestly, all intelligence agencies have to do is use their version of "google" to pull up every communication that occurred at the time of the murder, and within a certain proximity to scene of crime and sift through the data.

Just stop :what::leostare::snoop:

Stop what exactly, tell me??

Every single killing of an unarmed Black man at the hands of a cac cop over the past 25 years was deemed justified by the Federal Bureau of Investigations..under pressure most were eventually charged and released.
Now tell me again what I am to stop..my suspicions and mistrust of the FEDS? :snoop:
fukk out of here, your attitude is very suspect with that one..The FEDS they have tampered with evidence, planted evidence and even killed witnesses. Now break it down for me how Im being irrational or whatever you think I need to do to have more trust and faith in the FEDS.

here's more info.

The National Security Agency is secretly providing data to nearly two dozen U.S. government agencies with a “Google-like” search engine built to share more than 850 billion records about phone calls, emails, cellphone locations, and internet chats, according to classified documents obtained by The Intercept.

The documents provide the first definitive evidence that the NSA has for years made massive amounts of surveillance data directly accessible to domestic law enforcement agencies. Planning documents for ICREACH, as the search engine is called, cite the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Drug Enforcement Administration as key participants.

just an excerpt, the rest of the article can be found here: https://firstlook.org/theintercept/...each-nsa-cia-secret-google-crisscross-proton/

and it sounds like dude is just simping, word to TLR

Report: Ferguson Police Officer Who Detained Journalists Is Battling Lawsuit for Injuring 12-Year-Old
Officer Justin Cosma is still dealing with a 2012 lawsuit from his tenure with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office. The case involves a young boy who allegedly suffered from bruises, cuts and choke marks.

At least one Ferguson, Mo., police officer has had some legal trouble in recent years, albeit while employed at another law-enforcement agency, the Huffington Post reports. Justin Cosma, who used to work at the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, is currently battling a civil rights lawsuit after he allegedly hog-tied and roughed up a 12-year-old boy.
According to the report, Cosma—who was one of the officers behind the arrests of Huffington Post and Washington Post journalists at McDonald's during the protests—along with fellow officer Richard Carter, approached the young boy, who was checking the mailbox at the end of his driveway, in June 2010. The lawsuit, which was filed in 2012, claims that they asked the 12-year-old if he had been playing on a highway, and after the child said that he had not, the officers started getting aggressive.
"Unprovoked and without cause, the deputies grabbed [the boy], choked him around the neck and threw him to the ground," the lawsuit claimed, according to the Huffington Post. The young boy, who was without his shirt, allegedly "suffered bruising, choke marks, scrapes and cuts across his body," the report read.
The boy had to receive treatment for his injuries, but the officers reported the incident as "assault of a law enforcement officer third degree" and "resisting/interfering with arrest, detention or stop."
Moreover, HuffPost notes, prosecutors "refused to issue a juvenile case."
The child's lawyer, Richard R. Lozano, is expecting the case to go to trial early next year, according to the news site.
"The lawsuit alleges that Justin Cosma and Richard Carter, two deputies with the Jefferson County, Missouri sheriff's department in 2010, assaulted my client during an encounter on my client's driveway while his mother was inside their house. My client was 12 years old at the time, shirtless and was not suspected of any criminal behavior," Lozano wrote to the HuffPost in a statement regarding the incident.
“He was checking the mail. The deputies approached my client and the encounter quickly escalated," the statement continues. "My client was restrained, choked, thrown to the ground and hogtied by the two deputies. He suffered scrapes and choke marks to his neck. No charges were ever brought against my client. It is my understanding that Justin Cosma is currently an officer with the City of Ferguson."
