These cacs will go to impossible lengths to defend Darren Wilson. If he was firing warning shots, Michael Brown turned around in response and surrendered. Yet, as even this audio demonstrates, the police officer began firing again after the delay. And if we're to accept their argument that Michael Brown was charging towards Darren Wilson, why would that many shots from a trained police officer be necessary to put down Michael Brown? Is Michael Brown a zombie? A vampire? The predator?

I hear you, especially after the Zimmerman trial. But the evidence here is far too damning. If this guy doesn't go to jail, I refuse to believe black America will just let that slide. I have far more faith in our community than that.
The DOJ best case is charging the Ferguson PD with tampering with evidence.
Civil rights charges has to be hate crime related which is hard to do.
It's pretty obvious at this point that the officer missed those first couple of shots heard on the audio as he was running away, Mike turned around during that pause in the gunfire with his hands up, the officer walked towards him and fired those last round of shots into Mike Brown
