He may be a lame duck, but Barry's last act should be to remove all cac swine from Black areas. How he presents it is his problem..I know he was praying this would all go away, but it appears to be only gaining momentum. He'll be forced soon make a real statement and not another hollow speech and to institute some 'changes', and thats the only action he can really take that would appease the people. For his legacy at least.
