Communities are places where you own and operate businesses, control the schools, establish the rules of the area and control law enforcement. So, ask yourself, if this is what a community is, THEN WHERE IN THE HELL DO BLACK PEOPLE HAVE COMMUNITIES AT?

Black people don't OWN COMMUNITIES, they LIVE IN NEIGHBORHOODS.....there's a big difference. This is why white cops can walk into black neighborhoods and kill black people in broad daylight without repercussion. Without losing their job. Without being handed over to the people. Without fearing retaliation. Because black people don't even matter in the place they live.

This is why a teenager can be killed in Ferguson, MO with his body laying on the street with his blood filling the cracks in the pavement while on-lookers surround and the cops can chat like they're at a Starbucks waiting for their frappucino.

Exactly. I went and looked up all of the fatal shootings of the police and the majority of those killed were black. And it was for a wide range of reasons. Domestic Violence, a ticket, car accident, etc.

A white person can interact with the police and get loud and belligerent. A black person speaks to loudly and there's a chance he'd get killed.
