Saw a tweet the other day that a lot of Ferguson's black population is under 18 or has priors which prevent them from voting. Its how a town thats 70% black ended up with a white republican mayor. So the Grand Jury pool shouldn't be a surprise...

Can't wait to hear how it's our fault that he didn't get locked up because we didn't show up for jury duty, they can pick whoever they want no matter how many black people show up. I had jury duty before and they sent us home because they didn't like our pool, it was mostly black & hispanics with 3 white people.
No they need 9 out of the 12 to indite. Sadly 9 out of the 12 are white
