Being rich makes being in shape unbelievably easy.

A personal trainer and the perfect diet would cost him less than $100k in a year, and it would be his body going through the natural process of building muscle, burning fat, his joints getting healthier, his breathing improving, his mental clarity sharpening, etc.

I can't fathom having the money and going the surgery route instead of picking up weights and kale.

A lot of the cosmetic work, breast implants, hip widening, ass injections, etc. are doing things that can't be obtained naturally - while it is ridiculous, at least it sort of makes sense?

Getting a six pack is something that virtually all men can get with discipline and diet.
