Yea, she's nice with it. She ranked #1 in the world back in '08 and tripped over that hurdle that cost her the gold. I know 4 people that've ran in the Olympics and none of them have that rule. Running fast is a balance between being very intense, but also very relaxed. That's why Usain Bolt is always fukkin' around and keepin' things light-hearted so he doesn't tense up; hell, the whole Jamaican team has adopted that attitude and they've been killing us the past 5 years. Lolo got the talent but she gotta relax and trust in her training to carry her though.
