I would go with something a little softer, like, "Let's meet at the bar downtown," or, "Meet me at the beach club at seven." If you say, "You will meet me here," it sounds like you're issuing commands to a robot and it makes you sound both controlling and weird. Both of those things are really off putting to women early on in a relationship.
