Seriously to the naked eye male or female there really i not going to know the difference they might notice but to them it's just another pair of dress shoes you don't have to go all out. If you like fashion or whatever cool man keep up your top notch shoe game but it isn't really necessary.

It really all depends on where you work ..obviously if its business/business casual you should probably invest a lil more into your dress shoes.

the only person who is getting a close inspection of your shoes is you. women are so concerned with their own shoes and accessories, they dont really keep up with mens fashion like that. shorty aint sitting there tryna get a close look at your shoes to see the type of leather, stitching and the tickness of the sole. she dont know how much your shoes costs. they will glance and judge. and they will judge your shoes by 2 things only:

1) do your shoes match your clothes
2) are your shoes clean and well kempt

anything else about the shoes is on you, she dont care.

females are observant. some chicks can tell a gucci bag, a real coach purse, a dress from certain stores, etc - they can tell inexpensive shoes - most times they look at shoes to see where the money is...

females can tell a good or inexpensive shoe.
