It's not just part of the American culture because you can say the same thing about plenty of other cultures.

It makes no sense to get fired for taking naked pics and sending them to someone else? When you work for a company not only do you represent them at work, but you also represent them outside of work even when you're not at work.

It would not be too hard to prove the pic came from you if the pic was sent to someone who knows what they're doing.

You can go to European countries and they aren't as prudish about nudity as Americans. America is a country where showing boobs on tv is a sin yet it's perfectly ok to show people getting shot or blown up on tv. Working at a company is working at a company. Sorry but if they aren't paying me 24/7 they have no right to say what I'm allowed to do while they aren't paying me. If it isn't illegal they have no right to fire me.

And there is no way anyone could even prove it if your face isn't in the pic. What's next? Are we gonna be allowed to get fired for having sex in positions other than missionary?

I can't wait to see what I'm not allowed to do in this "free" country tomorrow.
