feeling weak

So I have started intermintent fasting. I have lost 5lbs looking to lose more. But the problem is as light as i am begining to feel i am also feeling weak. Any one have experience with this? I usually break my fast at 11:30. And close off around 5-6.

Usually I break my fast with a sandwich. Turkey lettuce tomato swiss cheese mayo

I'd only feel that way after breaking the fast. shyt would have me like ---> :dead:

Just re-reading you said "as light as I am" how tall are you and how much do you weigh? What is your diet looking like? Are you counting cals?

185lbs down 5 since starting. But I feel lighter in weight hence the statement.

Mostly sandwich
Chicken salad, chicken and rice

Based off you said your diet was, I would say your not getting enough calories. How fast did you lose that weight? It's possible that your losing to fast and you could also be losing muscle too if thats the case.

Today had four slices of pizza to see if it was calories

If You Dont Wanna Take A Protien Shake Eat More Chicken Or Fish, Turkey, Eggs Etc.. Snack On Almonds

You should really get some form of a meal plan going since you are actively trying to lose weight. Right now you are flying the plane without radar..............

Well my plan was to go on a caloric deficit. Stay under 2000. While I admit to not counting calories. I figure sandwiches and chicken salad should get me there
